Option 1 - Transforming the Inner Critic.

In alchemical conversation with Julie, using the tools of mindfulness, active imagination, dreams and nervous system regulation, sessions will support you in uncovering the often hidden impacts of your inner critic. Gain new awareness and discover tools to overcome doubt and creative paralysis while finding the inner and outer resources to stand behind your own creative process and creations through a conscious collaboration with the inner critic.

These sessions may be for you if you are an artist experiencing creative block, debilitating perfectionism, poor motivation, low self esteem, negative self talk, guilt or burn out.

Please note, these sessions are not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, please reach out to your health care provider.

Option 2 - Alchemical Healing and Dreamwork

1 hour private alchemical healing sessions take place over zoom and are intuitive, heart centred sessions designed to help you connect with your own voice, intuition, creativity and the wisdom of your body. Each session will draw from a range of tools including nervous system regulation, breath-work, grounding, guided visualization, meditation, inner sensing, working with dream imagery, active imagination, designing your own healing ritual, flower essences, essential oils and tarot to cultivate inner peace, process and integrate emotions to transform areas of impasse and difficulty in your life.

Reiki, Aromapoint Therapy & Essential Oil Bodywork

Reiki Healing with crystals & optional oracle card reading - 60 min - $122

Reiki is a Universal healing energy and it flows through the practitioner to re-align each person with the Dharma or flow of their life path. During a Reiki session you will receive an energy tune up. Julie will moving through the Chakras by placing her hands on or over each energy centre to rebalance and return flow. Each Reiki session is different. Sometimes receiving Reiki can result in a deep state of relaxation and sometimes it can also bring up any blocked emotions and even bring up past traumas and memories. Julie creates a safe space to process, hold and release, while supporting the nervous system and honouring each person’s whole being by connecting to Reiki energy and supporting the session with carefully selected crystals. Oracle cards can be added to clarify any intentions, questions or intuitions that arise before or after the session.

Julie's signature blend of intuitive massage with Reiki is informed by her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tuina massage alchemical healing, Reiki and guided somatic meditation. Treatments are designed around the Meridian pathways and acupoints to activate healing on the parasympathetic nervous system, and control points to unbind deep held areas of tension. Custom selected essential oils work therapeutically with the acupoints for healing on the physical, spiritual, emotional and psychological level. Treatments are designed to release stagnation and tension in the body, while supporting inner connection to intuition, creating a sacred space for healing and resetting on a deep level.

All sessions take place in Julie’s home studio in the Etobicoke/Lakeshore area of Toronto.
