Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystals & Bodywork

Reiki with Crystals + Oracle Card Pull

Reiki is Japanese Energy healing practice. Each session you will be supported to shift into a state of relaxation, reset and release. The practitioner will place their hands over top and move along the 7 energy centres (the chakras) of the body to realign and rebalance the flow of energy (ki). There is the option to add crystals to your treatment, crystals will be chosen intuitively to support the rebalancing of any chakra that needs extra support. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, relaxation, sleep and/ or emotional release. Many people receive intuitive messages or sudden flashes of insight. Many people are finally able to drop into a deeper state of rest and repair. You will also be asked if you would like to work with an essential oil. Following your session, there will be a brief integration and discussion including pulling of an oracle card. During this time, the practitioner may share with you any insights that arose relating to your wellness and healing journey.
