Together we will explore our dreams, and methods to connect somatically; with our body felt sense to uncover our inner knowing and the wisdom within life’s moments of resistance.

Inner Alchemy sessions take the form of in person or zoom conversations. Each session is unique depending on the presenting questions. We may do dream work or explore with essential oils, crystals, flower essences, astrology, archetypes, tarot and creative or earth based rituals. You can also add a modality like Reiki, yin yoga, aromatherapy massage or Acupuncture to support further integration.
