A New Possibility Mighty Networks Platform November 9 - 30, 2026
Join me and a small international group of explorers as we create a glowing alchemical container - to connect with our inner radiance through letting go, deep release and coming into presence through the gifts of the Metal Element.
The late autumn season- the moving into the deepest yin, is a time where like the leaves falling from the trees, we are asked to release and to simplify. The Metal element is associated with grief - and the organs: The Lung and the Large Intestine - related to our ability to surrender, to let go of the past through cleansing tears, and to transform our grief into reverence, and an ability to meet the present moment with presence and grace. I designed this four week series as a way to embrace the darkness, the spookiness and introspective quality of the season. This is your invitation to join me in creating a cozy inner sanctuary, and to embrace the Yin - the inward turning energy characteristic of late autumn season.
Transforming Grief into Reverence and Presence
On a personal note.. throughout my life I have found November to be a very challenging month- where some of my chronic childhood conditions like poor immune response and unresolved emotional traumas resurface. I haven’t often shared this publicly, but as a baby I was diagnosed with asthma and I struggled throughout my child hood with asthma attacks, anxiety and chronic sinus infections. Discovering yoga and acupuncture has provided me with tremendous healing. Learning about the breath and how to FULLY EXHALE radically transformed my life and health. Experiencing a profound emotional release and healing of my chronic shoulder pain, when receiving an acupuncture needle int he point CV 17 - Chest Centre - during my first ever acupuncture treatment again redirected the course of my life- and directed me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over 25 years later and I’m still amazed by the intricate web of connections between our unprocessed emotions, unexpressed grief and the somatic body i.e pain, nervous system disregulation and immune system weakness. Discovering the gift of Frankincense essential oil has added another layer to my healing - particularly around resolving deep layers of sadness, grief or rejected inner child parts.
If you can relate: whether you embrace or resist the shortening days and the longer nights, the colder weather, the stripping away of the leaves from the trees, the thinning of the veil as we slip away from the Golden outer light of the Sun towards the Winter season, the cold, windy dark and wet… this series is for you!
