Dream Time & Moon Yoga
The night’s are getting longer, and as we move into the yin season of inner knowing, intuition, rest and nourishment, it’s the perfect time to put down our phones and to start and end our day on the right note: in connection with the lunar cycle, our intuition, creativity and the powerful messages coming through from the dream realm.
In this 10-week bed time yin yoga, meditation and aromapoint therapy series, you will be guided through practices designed to support deep, peaceful sleep, connection to the lunar cycle, the dream realm, and the personal growth and creativity that can come by learning to read and collaborate with our dreams.
Each Monday you will receive a video link with your yin yoga video for that week. You will be encouraged to repeat the practice as many nights before bed as you can. Practicing yin yoga before bed helps prepare the body for rest, quiets the mind, opens the heart and helps us connect to our deepest questions and personal truths.
Through the lens of the 5-elements, each video will include an aromapoint and essential oil combination to help you ease into sleep, relieve stress and mental chatter, and encourage connection to your dream world.
You will also learn how to create a dream journal through weekly writing, drawing, creative mark making and personal archetype prompts.
